Legal Officer II

Duties and Responsibilities
To compile evidence relevant for court cases
To advice on aspects regarding contract obligations and any other legal obligations
To inform the charges in law or new legislation affecting the institute
To prepare and reviews proposed contracts , leases , loan agreements and other legal documents in order to safeguard
To handle all legal matters of the institute
To represent ISW and prepare briefs in all legal proceedings of the institute
To prepare legal drafts and provides legal advice and
To perform legal drafts and provides legal advice and
To perform any other duties as may be assigned by higher authority

Qualification and Experience
Holder of LLB Degree plus one year internship or has attended Law School of Tanzania
