Key Purpose of the role
- To accelerate growth development strategies on allocated brands.
- To develop and increase brand health, volumes and share and profitability of these specific brands.
- To lead the key projects and to drive activities to achieve this growth
- Achievement of agreed Brand Health targets
- Achievement of Brand Volume and Profit targets
- Lead development and delivery of World class GAME Plans for brands.
- Best practice for the brands shared and adopted in market
- Support development of communication material with new development where necessary. Significant contact with advertising agencies
- Leading Effective M&E to select and learn from activities proposed. Evaluation plans agreed with key stakeholders.
- Excellence in Project Management: Time, cost and quality.
- Great Be the Best Development Plan with regular reviews
- High quality GAME plans, and activity plans (ATL/BTL/Media)
- Projects delivered to time, cost and quality
- Timely measurement & evaluation of projects delivered.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- University Graduate in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 5 years consumer and/ or customer marketing experience including:
- ATL development.
- Media planning.
- Development of BTL marketing programmes.
- Agency Management.
- Cross-functional project management (strong sales/commercial liaison and teamwork).
- Experience of working with people from other cultures
