The details are as follows;
1. Sales Executive Trainees in Office Automation and Information Technology
Key Elements of the Training Program
Learning products and their sales cycles
Visiting clients businesses to identify and act on selling opportunities
Assessing customer`s needs and explaining the goods and services which meet their needs
Promoting BMTL products and services to existing and prospective clients
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with producs and service purchased.

2. Pre-sales Executive Trainees
Key Elements of the Training Program
Learning how to design and implementing networking solutions in emerging technologies like data centers, service providers network, Wireless System etc
Troubleshooting and maintenance of existing networking and enterprise contracts
Working closely with pre-sales team to identify new opportunities for networking or enterprise sales and create proposals
Learning the pre-sales activities, design of the Bill of Material, technical solutions write-up, technical presentation and proof of concept etc
Both Positions are of twelve (12) months training track.
You will be groomed to be part of the respective team after the successfully completion of the training program assigned to you. During the 12 months period, you will be on a stipend of 400,000/= Tshs every month.
