Job Description
Primary Skill Set :
High level of competency in SQL Server (syntax; extensive use of triggers, stored procedures) and understanding of database design and normalization, referential integrity, and table-driven design concepts.
High level of competency in .net.
Working knowledge of crystal reports.

Secondary Skill  Set :
Knowledge on HRMS Functions.
Good oral and written communication skills to bring clarity to requirements definition and solutions to clients, and build consensus among stakeholders.
Ability to work with stakeholders to design & develop applications, custom reports and implement databases applications.
Ability to use critical thinking, experience, creativity and innovation to solve complex problems to steer the project to success.

Technical Skills Required:
•         SQL Server
•         .NET
•         Crystal Reports

Total Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
