Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the branch. He/she will be responsible for the control and management of the overall operations of the branch including keeping high level of customer service and management and reconciliation of the accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Effectively manage the supervision, monitoring and organization of the branch to ensure a smooth workflow is achieved.

Responsible for the overall operations of the branch

Ensure high level of routine standards is maintained and satisfactory rating is achieved during audits.

Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.

Ensure snap checks are in place as per the policy

Ensure reconciliation of office accounts are timely done.

Maintain high level of staff discipline in the branch

Qualification & Experience

The preferred candidate should possess the qualifications:-

University Degree or equivalent in a Business Related field

Professional qualification will be an added advantage

Minimum of 3 years experience In banking operations with at least 2 years at branch management level.

viii. Excellent knowledge of branch local banking business environment.

Good knowledge of modern management techniques, organization an leadership skills.

Computer literate
