As part of the establishment of a new Programme Implementation and Monitoring Unit, Sightsavers is now looking for four exceptional candidates to work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that implementation and management of our programme portfolio as an organisation meets an agreed standard of quality and complies with donor regulations.
With extensive experience at a senior level of programme management including responsibility for programme development, delivery and budget oversight, the successful candidates will be able to show success in leading proposal development processes, managing projects to deliver on target and supporting programme quality improvement processes.
You will bring sound practical experience in project design, management and monitoring, along with the ability to think analytically, plan strategically and build strong working relationships across a wide range of teams.
In particular, you will be a skilled communicator who is able work under pressure and deliver results even in difficult environments, working with minimal supervision. As it is anticipated that these roles will involve a high degree of travel, willingness and ability to travel for at least 50% of the time is essential.
