The management of EWSA would like to inform the public that it is recruiting suitable and qualified staff on Executive Operations Officer Position:

Duties and responsibilities

• Review technical and operations reports for the DG and provide summaries of these for ease of decision making
• Prepare agendas, talking points, minutes and notes of DG´s meetings and discussions with key stakeholders and ensure follow up action is taken.
• Monitor DG´s budget and financial expenditures and their conformity to the budget
• Be responsible for day-to-day office correspondence, information sharing and filing ensuring that appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
• Assist in preparing Director General´s reports to various stakeholders (including preparing DG´s presentations). Coordinate and organize special events and attendance at various functions

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in social sciences, public or business administration or other related area. A post graduate qualification in a management related discipline will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience; experience in providing assistance in work-flow coordination and implementation in a busy organization
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Kinyarwanda and French
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet) is essential;

Contract Duration
