Following the company’s global expansion, GRM/Futures Group is currently seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to manage the Learning and Development activity across the company.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery for Learning and Development activity across business and functions • Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritise training • Design training courses which cover a variety of subjects • Build internal and external relationships to secure required resources and funding for the training • Evaluate and measure the training activity • Work with specialist third parties who supply training services • Ability to train basic soft skills (eg. Negotiation skills, performance management) • Maintain & update Skills & competency library • Monitor & evaluate training requirements, with annualised training plan and identifying training requirements • Regular dashboards on training info & outcomes • Monitoring Young Professional’s candidates, ensuring a development & rotation plan • Assess feedback and survey training feedback & impact
Qualifications and experience required:
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development or any related discipline • 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, either in-house or within a specialist training function. • Previous experience in Training Needs Analysis and Training Design • Experience in Training Delivery is an asset • Outstanding command of English, both written and spoken • Excellent communication skills as well as organisational skills • Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and service mindset
The role is based in Dubai and is reporting directly to the Global Human Resources Director
