JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Rwanda Revenue Authority is seeking to recruit self-motivated and qualified employee of high integrity to Job specification fill the following post:
Job title: Call Center operator (1 Position)
The Post is on Grade 4
Under the supervision of the Call Center manager, the Call centre operator ensures that highest standards of customer service to clients and stakeholders are provided. He/she shall provide clients with general information and advice regarding the RRA and services offered, responding to client´s questions and complaints.
Main duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionally administer all incoming calls.
• Register frequently asked questions on a daily basis
• Establish a data base of responses to frequent asked questions
• Pay attention to details about complaints of taxpayers and prepare report on it.
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct callers to the correct location.
• Provides callers with information about RRA services and facilities
• Consistently adhere to RRA business procedure guidelines.
• Report equipment malfunctions and ensures corrective action is completed to restore full service.
• Closely make a follow up of user complaints that are not of a routine nature and take corrective measures;
• Any other activity that may be assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications: Bachelor´s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing and journalism
Skills:   

• Communication skills;
• Customers care.
• Computer skills
