Requirements
• Master in Mass Communication with specialization in Communication or in Public Relations
• Three year
experience in media relations, corporate communication and public relations
• Must be fluent
in English communication
• Must be able write articles in local media´ outlets
• Maximum age is 35
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of the Bank´s public relations and communication strategy in line with the overall strategic objectives;
• Develop projects/initiatives to manage the NBR brand;
• Drive the development and coordination of all strategic initiatives associated with public relations, internal and external communication;
• Provide leadership to the PR and communication team and coordinates all initiatives including development of project plans, budgets and risk mitigation;
• Develop strategic partnerships with key organisations and maintains excellent working relationships between NBR and key external parties;
• Oversee logistical support and protocol services is provided to NBR´s important visitors;
• Represent NBR in meetings and conferences and makes presentations to external parties, as may be required;
• Draft and review complex material for organisational events including speeches, opinion pieces, periodicals, reports, books and reviews drafts prepared by the senior officers;
• Prepare messages, technical notes for press communication for the Bank, the Governor and other senior managers;
• Negotiate with the main service providers including publishers and printers to ensure contract conditions and that the Bank´s needs are met;
• Evaluate results and the impact of communications activities; reports on NBR´s achievements and changes in trends and attitudes towards NBR and its initiatives;
• Key custodian of all NBR´s communication material and records;
• Initiate and develop communication programmes intended to inform the public of the activities and achievements of the Bank;
• Review relevant media information provided for research analysis, to enable decision making;
• Any other assignment that as may be required

Responsibilities
• Supervision of the Bank´s customer care function;
• Monitor and supervise the implementation of the customer care policy, procedures and standards and advise on any review;
• Research and update customer care developments;
• Advise Management on customer care standards;
• Set standards on customer care based on international best practices;
• Manage customer complaints and customer feedback;
• Ensure availability of customer information at the Bank in all forms;
• Advise on trainings in the area of customer care;
• Act as compliance officer in the area of customer care standards;
• Design and institutionalize a customer care function;
• Any other assignment that as may be required.
