Key attributes Our ideal candidate will be experienced in the field and familiar with all aspects of effective HR management. In addition s/he will have an active interest in and practical experience of organisational development and change management processes. We are especially interested in developing a diverse workforce and our ideal candidate will have commitment to that objective, as well as practical ideas for how to ensure tangible and sustained results. S/he will be able demonstrate effective leadership behaviours and capabilities, including experience of developing shared vision, common directions and practical action plans. S/he will have an understanding of the challenges of working at the regional level and be able to show commitment and capacity to deal with them. In particular, s/he will be an excellent communicator and proactive in establishing and maintaining working partnerships with senior managers. Experience in the sector is desirable; commitment to CARE’s mission and mandate essential. Fluency in English is essential – fluency in French highly desirable. | |
