Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for data collection/entry, analysis and reporting
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the development of M&E systems and tools for the project
Train partner staff and ensure they use the M&E systems and tools property
Follow up and ensure implementing partners submit the necessary data in a timely manner
Facilitate timely and accurate data entry, analysis and reporting of the project for all users
Periodically review and assist partners to have the necessary manpower and skills for data collection and reporting
In collaboration with program staff, facilitate the documentation and dissemination of lessons learned
Participate in baseline, mid-term and final evaluations and provide the necessary technical support to partners
Assist in compiling annual work plans and sharing the documents with project and partner staff
Supervisory Responsibilities:None
Key Working Relationships:
Internal:Project staff, Administrative and Finance Staff, CRS East Africa and Headquarters Technical Advisors. External: Implementing partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
BS or BA in statistics, economics, or other related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E work
Excellent analytical skill and detail oriented
Demonstrated personal accountability and drive to serve others.
