The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-
- Planning, developing and implementing Strategic PR and Media plans
- Developing unique and differentiated value propositions and craft key messages tailored to various customer and channels
- Developing and editing publicity and communication materials
- Ensuring engagement with all forms of media to facilitate constant coverage of the organization
- Managing all organizational publicity and reputation
- Partnering with other organizations to increase the organization’s publicity
- Conducting marketing research on thought and preferences to understand both the internal and external audiences
- Responsible for receiving, managing and disseminating information on the organization internally and externally.
- Managing guest relations and organizational events
- Developing and managing online strategies and visibility through company website, social media networks, etc.
- Ensure Superior Customer Experience to all internal and external clients
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years work experience
- Bachelors degree in Journalism/Mass Communication /PR or equivalent
- Post graduate qualification- Journalism/ Mass Media/ Public Relations is an added advantage
- Registration with a professional body e.g. PRSK, MSK
Nursing Officer (Theatre)
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-
- Responsible for the organization, administration and control of section
- Ensuring all patients information is correctly documented
- Managing the departmental budget within the agreed parameters
- Supervising the maintenance of all section records.
- Supervising of equipments and emergency trolleys at every shift changeover
- Ensuring the inventory for the section(s) is up to date
- Supervising cleanliness, waste management and linen quality
- Responsible for the organization, administration of all working areas
- Responsible for organization and developing standards operating procedures for the section(s)
- Conducting training in NWHMTC including clinical instruction and ensure clinical supervision of all students
- Ensuring correct records are maintained and ensuring proper documentation of procedures done
- Ensuring equipments are in good working order
- Ensuring appropriate infection control
- Ensuring clients are occupied as they wait for service to both inform and virtual reduction of waiting time
- Ensuring Superior Customer Experience to both internal and external clients
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 7 years experience in a busy hospital
- KRCHN with basic training in specialised area (paediatric, theatre, ICU or Maternity)
- BSN or its equivalent is an added advantage
- At least one post basic training
- Membership to a professional body
Senior Staff Nurse (Theatre and Maternity)
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-
- Delivering a professional and high standard of nursing care within the section while leading a team of nurses in delivering projects and team targets
- Orientating new staffs at the section level
- Maintaining good communication within the section and other sections to provide unified approach to patient care
- Implementing health and safety regulations and policies and procedure
- Administering prescribed treatment to patients as necessary.
- Ensuring patients/clients proper orientation within the sections.
- Ensuring accurate information is relayed to clinical staff on a patient’s condition
- Caring for postoperative patient by undertaking and recording post operative observations.
- Responding to and reporting any abnormal recordings to the person in charge
- Implementing emergency procedure including resuscitation as and when necessary
- Conducting training in NWHMTC including clinical instruction and ensure clinical supervision of all students
- Labelling and dispatching specimens to laboratory promptly and safely
- Undertaking routine duties to prepare and clear the ward before admission and after discharge

- KRCHN with diploma in specialised area (paediatric, theatre, ICU or Maternity) and working knowledge in more than one specialised areas
- Diploma in a specialised area

Staff Nurse (Theatre)

Clinical Nurse Instructor (Medical Training College)
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-
- Participating in curriculum development and review.
- Organizing and carrying out practical training and theoretical assistance to students as scheduled and supervising students in clinical set up.
- Managing exams administration, clinical assessments , maintaining records of each student and providing evaluations and reports as required,
- Participating in recruitment of students.
- Participating in the development and review of procedures, policies and standards.
- Effectively manage and mentor students in the nursing and other programmes.
- Developing students’ Master rotation plan/ monthly class time table
- Identifying new health related training programmes and participate in curriculum development on the same
- Improving student’s academic capabilities in designated areas by assisting students in achieving a better understanding of specific subject material and establishing and maintaining rapport with the students.
- Develop and maintain evidence-based standards of nursing practice within the hospital and participate in establishing standards of care with multidisciplinary teams including monitoring delivery of care and documentation according to established standards, increasing competency of nursing practice through periodic training and Continuous Medical Education sessions given at the hospital or at the school.
- Develop and maintain quality indicators of care delivery and outcomes including infection control.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Advanced Nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing, ACLS, ATLS PALS will be added advantage
- 5 years work experience in busy clinical setting and 2 year progressive working experience as a tutor/lecture.
- Hold a valid practice license from the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Effective teaching and mentoring skills
- Be computer proficient.
Accounts Assistant (Credit Control)
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-

- Managing initiation of financial transactions in the ERP
- Managing the maintenance and reconciliation of all ledgers.
- Managing in the preparation of journals in the ERP
- Planning for the preparation and disbursement of creditors, doctors, petty cash, amenities, and statutory payments
- Managing the collection and banking of cash and cheques from cashiers
- Managing in stock taking exercise
- Reconciliation of clients accounts and statements on a monthly basis
- Checking invoices against supporting documents and dispatch
- Planning for debt collection as per targets and allocation of receipts from debtors
- Checking inpatient/outpatient un-finalized invoices in the ERP and rectify any anomalies
- Contacting clients who exceed their deposits to top up
- Planning with Cashier and Ward Clerk to ensure all services are billed
- Ensure Superior Customer Experience to all internal and external clients
Qualifications and Skills
- ‘O’ level certificate
- CPA II or equivalent
- Working knowledge of ERP

Pharmaceutical Technician (Kiambu)
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-

- Receiving, drugs and medical supplies and dispensing of over the counter products
- Inventory control
- Generating relevant reports as the basis for the statistical reports on sales in the pharmacy
- Receipting money paid in the organization and reconciling the daily collection
- Disbursing and reconciling petty cash payments.
- Finalizing sales in the ERP and providing supporting documents.
- Ensuring safe custody of all monies in custody.
- Ensuring daily reconciliation of sales, cash received and the float allocated.
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate in Pharmaceutical Technology
- KATC I & II or CPA1
- Excellent Computer skills, working knowledge of ERP will be an added advantage
- At least 1 year relevant work experience
