Responsibilities include: The successful candidate will manage the operation and delivery of IT services to the business, including responsibility for service desk, desktop support, application support and career development and staff appraisals. Effectively monitor, control and support service delivery, ensure methodologies and procedures are followed. Build and maintain client relationships. Produce accurate management reports upon request. Build strong and productive relationships with key business stakeholders. Act as a liaison with the business for all service improvements, changes and escalations. Build a cohesive team by championing quality, integrating team efforts through staff meetings, sharing appropriate information and building depth of expertise. Support the fulfillment of the company vision. Other duties as assigned.
SELECTION CRITERIA
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
• Experience in change management, business process engineering and organizational development required
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science or other equivalent course of study preferred
• ITIL Service Delivery Certification preferred
• Excellent SLA/SLM management, negotiation and influencing skills preferred
