We’ve done a lot since we were set up 20 years ago. There’s been a huge shift in consumer attitudes, and companies have changed their practices in response. But we still have a lot more to do.
You’ll play a central role in the Fairtrade movement: leading our organisation, developing strategy and helping us to grow. You’ll represent our work at the highest level, building strong relationships with organisations across the UK and internationally. You’ll also oversee the day-to-day running of the Foundation, managing staff and resources to ensure our work remains sustainable.
Senior-level leadership experience is absolutely crucial, including working within a complex, changing environment. You’re adept at motivating and inspiring others, with the confidence and communication skills to engage with campaigners, commercial partners, funders and government departments. Above all, you’re passionately committed to the Foundation’s work, and our vision of a world where everyone has the opportunity of a decent, dignified livelihood.
