Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for installation and modification of application software. Identifying and rectifying a broad range of moderate complexity operational exceptions and error conditions. Dealing sensibly and responsibly with unexpected or extraordinary events or incidents generated by application software. Responding to most enquiries by application software users, only escalating those that need specialist or management attention,

Configuration Management

Capacity Management

Coordinate Computer Operations

Systems Testing

Database Administration

Application Support

User Support

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ MIS/IT.

Demonstration of knowledge in database administration is an added advantage.

Experience not necessary, at least proven Industrial Practical training for 6 months cumulatively is an added advantage.
