Pre-Sales Support Specialist at Business Connexion

We currently have the following positions to fill:-

Purpose of the Job:

To provide support to the Sales effort by providing technical to the Technical Sales Executives, through investigation, consultation and a thorough understanding of existing and potential clients requirements which is achieved through co-operation and interaction with Sales Divisions, Product Marketing Divisions and Technical Support Divisions

Duties:

Identify Sales Opportunities,

Conceptualise Solutions.

Architect a detailed Design of IT related products and services, Budget Management.

Execute Sales Forecasting.

Business Analysis and Opportunities Costing.

Customer Satisfaction Management.

Conduct Research relevant to BCX product offerings,

Compilation of bids and proposals,

Minimum qualification and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT/MIS/ Electronic and Telecommunication,  

Fluency in English and Swahili with excellent communications and presentation skills is mandatory.

Experience is an added advantage but not essential.
