Role Purpose The Head of Service Delivery (HSD) has complete ownership of the relationship between Factory and their portfolio of customers for new technology projects, improvements, evolutions and changes. Key Responsibilities • Deliver End-to-End Solutions for all Company Areas technological requirements • Ensure each project is delivered with a high level of customer satisfaction and assisting in generating new business opportunities. • Prepare and submit yearly budget based in customer needs, Company’s strategy and business plan. • You are responsible to establish and follow up KPIs • You are responsible for the governance of the Service Oriented Architecture • Propose solutions for customers’ requests based in a deep understanding of company processes such that is able to challenge any requirement in order to define the best alternative, fitting business needs within the approved technical architecture. Position Requirements QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field (System Engineer, IS Engineer, Information Systems Engineer, IT Engineer) • Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT and Telco industry.
