Purpose of the Job
To manage and control the resources required to deliver the contracted services to external clientsutilising Electronic Funds
Transfer (EFT) switching services provided by BCX. Proactive management of customer related issues, problem and change management. Work with the Finance Department to build EFT switch related business cases and projects management.

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any business administration related fields.
A degree in IT/MIS/Computer Science will be an added advantage, out not mandatory.
At least 3 years of successful operations management experience, preferably in the financial sector, is mandatory; At least 1 year people management experience is mandatory;
Solid experience in project implementation using any project management methodologies - certification in Prince II Project Management will be of significant advantage.
Extensive client relationship management experience.
