The IGAD Secretariat is looking for the services of a competent and qualified person with proven experience in infrastructure project management. The person will be recruited for eight months (1st May - 31st December 2012) to coordinate the IGAD infrastructure projects in Horn of Africa Initiative (HOAI).
The Coordinator will be based at the IGAD Secretariat in Djibouti.
