DRIVER
The successful candidate will be based in Matuu and is required to transport people, goods and correspondences safely and in a timely manner. The position reports to the Officer Administrator. S/he will be a bank agent handling bank transactions including withdrawing and depositing cash and cheques and collecting cheque books.
Key responsibilities •Ensure an updated vehicle log book; •Ensure a well maintained and clean vehicle; •Ensure timely and efficient execution of office errands; •Ensure compliance to transport and other corporate policies; •Ensure efficient execution of banking errands.

ICT COORDINATOR
The successful candidate will ensure the innovative and effective use of ICT in Plan’s work at the PU. The position reports to the Program Unit Manager and is responsible for the Program Unit ICT infrastructure, Information Security and ICT4D implementation in program delivery. Key responsibilities • Provides first line support and network administration, network, server support and troubleshooting for corporate systems; Prepare ICT4D plan for PU to integrate Plan ICT4D strategy into program implementation. • Participates in System/Project Rollout, testing and certification to improve accessibility of Plan ICT infrastructure to users in the PU. Ensure Plan IT policy, procedures and guidelines are implemented effectively to protect Plan from legal liability, protect PU staff from IT security threats and prevent fraudulent activities by PU staff. • Efficient IT Infrastructure to reduce wastage of IT resources and ensure return on investment • Timely IT disaster recovery to ensure PU IT business continuity. • Ensure adherence to corporate standards, design and architectures. • Complete monthly ICT- related reports
Educational Qualifications and Experience •Degree or Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent •3 years’ experience in a similar role •Relevant professional qualification and management courses.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR- LIVELIHOOD
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall design and implementation of the livelihood program at PU level. S/he will ensure that program activities are implemented in line with the organizations’ mission and vision whilst ensuring linkages, networking and partnership with all the respective stakeholders within and without the county. The position reports to the Program Unit Manager and is the overall Program budget holder. They directly supervise between 1- 4 staff.
Key responsibilities •Supervision of staff whilst ensuring all the respective Program goal(s) and objectives are met •Lead in design and implementation of respective program and projects in tandem with the PU Long Term Plan •Resource mobilization to fill any the resource gaps within the respective program •Tracking project(s) and budgets implementation to ensure prudent resource management, timely and quality investment •Lead their team(s) to develop realistic monthly and quarterly plan of actions •Ensure timely and quality production of monthly and quarterly reports •Manage staff performance •Give program guidance and leadership on the technical area •Establish and maintain strong program level networks and partnerships at district and county levels
Educational Qualifications, Skills and Experience •A Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies •Experience in Village Savings & Loans Approach to enhance economic security •Experience in Value/chain supply analysis, business and marketing development •Experience in Participatory methodologies •Demonstrated experience in drought preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery •Demonstrated experience in implementation of livelihood strategies/programs in arid and semi-arid areas including multiple uses of water and management of natural resources •Strong coordination and organization skills •Skills in managing performance is critical •Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills •Strong report writing and review skills. •Strong resource mobilization and budget tracking skills
SPONSORSHIP COORDINATOR
The post holder ensures coordination of production and processing of communications, meets the corporate requirements of Plan International at Program Unit level. The position reports to the Program Unit Manager with direct supervision of Community Development Facilitators (CDFs) and Data Entry Clerks (DECs). S/he will oversee the quality production of sponsorship work and closely work with communities, CBOs and volunteers to ensure achievement of Plan’s sponsorship objectives for programme funding.
Key responsibilities •Supervision, performance management, coaching and mentoring of the sponsorship team DECs Ensure quality and timely production of documents and the effective participation of children in Sponsorship and other Plan processes •Coordinate the implementation of the community managed sponsorship model to comply with Plan international, Child centred community development approach •Coordinate sponsor visits at the PU to ensure National office and Child protection interests are fully observed. •Ensure existence of controls for proper risk management in sponsorship
Educational Qualifications, Skills and Experience •Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences •Proven experience in sponsorship and/or community development preferably in an NGO
