JOB SUMMARY & PURPOSE:

Purpose: Responsible for district specific monitoring and evaluation activities including strengthening of health management information systems at facility and district level. Will be responsible for M&E activities within the CDC funded comprehensive HIV Prevention, care and treatment program being implemented in Kisii central, Kisii south, Gucha South and Nyamira districts. This will include supporting data management systems for all technical areas covered by the program, capacity building of health record officers, collation of routine monthly summary data for indicator reporting and providing feedback to health facility to foster data use for decision making, mentorship and support to program officers and field officers on data management and data quality.
