Under the supervision of Deputy Director, ICT Business Relationship Management, the incumbent of the position will have the following:
Supervision provided - The incumbent will provide indirect supervision of ICT service development and delivery activities that may be specifically required by the Africa and, North-Africa and Middle-East (MENA) Bureaux he/she will represent
Size and scope of role - Responsible for the identification of new and enhanced ICT services to be provided to the organisation and the oversight of those new ICT services to ensure that they are developed and delivered in the most effective way possible for the customer. - Contribute to change by actively delivering and encouraging support for new ways of working - For additional information about the skills related to this role please refer to the Division of Information Systems & Telecommunications (DIST) Job Family and Skills document
Main relationships - With key business customers (Business Owners Committee and ICTGB representatives and other key sponsors of ICT Activity within the business) to identify ICT needs and introduce new technology -With Deputy Director of ICT Business Relationships to ensure that overall strategy for new ICT services is consistent across the organisation - With Lead ICT Architects to ensure that future ICT architecture aligns with the needs of the business -With DIST Operations leadership team to ensure capacity and skills are available to effectively manage future ICT services - With Field Regional ICT Officer (RICTO) staff and Chief of ICT Field Operations and Head of ICT Services Centre to ensure that business engagement is carried out successfully at the region and country level - With ICT Project Managers and Functional Specialists to define the high level needs of new ICT services for the business
Scope of leadership - Responsible for setting the standard for ICT service delivery and development within business Bureaux and Divisions.
