Your main responsibilities is to lead the Human Resources function in the hotel meeting the needs of the business and delivering exceptional employee experiences. In this role you will report to the General Manager of the hotel and you lead a team of 5 colleagues in Human Resources and Training. In specific you will be responsible for supporting the employer branding initiatives in the local market, manage an efficient and caring recruitment and selection process, ensure seamless personell and payroll administration, supporting employee engagement and development as well as fostering a caring, safe and rewarding work environment.
We are looking for a candidate who has 3 years past experience in a Human Resources Management role in a comparable hotel. The candidate should have solid knowledge in professional HR practices, payroll experience as well a good understanding of staffing levels. As one of the key leaders in the hotel, the Director of Human Resources needs to be a role model in understanding the business and people needs. We expect the candidate to bring strong leadership skills, paired with the ability to empathetically communicate with all colleagues in the hotel. Good organisation and communication skills, the ability to inspire and support innovation as well as a passion for service should be your strength.
