Job Description

Purpose: To manage Bank Asset and Liability product range for Retail customers, ensuring the business remains competitive while achieving its stated income targets

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure income targets are met for Retail Asset products through establishing and implementing the local product pricing strategy;

- Identifying opportunities for new Asset & Liability product development and enhancement in line with the in-country;

- Oversee all on-going projects to ensure effective implementation in a timely and cost effective manner;

- Contribute ideas for alternative product strategies to manage the Asset & Liability Books;

- Continuously review the local basis for customer segmentation and recommend suitable product activity to target and sustain viable and profitable segments in line with the stated Retail strategy in country;

Position Requirements

- Minimum University Degree in Business Administration

- Not less than 5 years banking experience

- Experience in Basic Project Management is a pre –requisite

- Banking Products knowledge is essential

- Knowledge of Customer Value Preposition (CVP)process with segment, channel,

marketing skills
