Purpose of the Job
Reporting to the Head of Branches and Professional Certification, the position’s responsibility is to ensure quality assurance and compliance in all KIM programs and services.
Job Profile
- Set up systems for quality assurance management in the Institute
- Setting quality assurance compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards relating to education and training
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation process
- Establishing standards of service for customers or clients
- Ensuring quality in the development of education management programmes
- Prepare and manage the departmental budget for resource allocation and control
- Good administrative, organizational and coordination skills
Person Profile
Knowledge, skills and experience required;
- A Masters degree in a related field
- Additional qualification in curriculum development, business management and leadership
- Have 5 years relevant experience in managing training programmes
- Proficient in the use of ICT
