Qualifications:
Education
A level or equivalent
Fluent in English, Swahili, and Arabic
Written, Verbal communication and organization skills
Experience
4 years commercial experience in the Airline Industry, Freight forwarding (Air
Freight or sea Freight) background will be an advantage
Good knowledge of Airline operating environment and principles
Knowledge of operations and sales procedure
SPECIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of airline cargo industry practices
Knowledge of cargo reservation procedures in Airlines
Selling techniques - preferable
Sales behavioral training -Advantage
