Key responsibilities include:
- Training opportunity generation in all segments & supporting Account Managers to achieve shareholder targets
- Accountable for the coordination and quality of SKF trainings and liaise with NITA on training regulations
- Working to total quality management principles, ensuring zero defect objectives and customer satisfaction
- Is accountable for actively developing him/herself and contributing to team efforts
- Participates in annual sales budgeting.
- Is responsible to meet sales target YOY.
- Prepares monthly reports
The applicant should be presentable, well spoken, self driven and possesses a Degree in engineering or equivalent.
The applicant should be able to travel frequently.
