Main Responsibilities	Our client a highly reputable Bank is looking to recruit a Training Manager - Lending for the staff and management team in lending department. Key responsibilities are: Management of individual lending training Develop and maintain training manual and training systems as well as material Control the correct application of policies and carry out required evaluations Prepare regular reports on the training team's progress Coordinate and evaluate training Develop annual plans and budgets for the trainings
Qualifications
Requirements	Degree in business, accounts and or finance or related field Strong leadership and people management skills Strong credit methodology and process skills Ability to access and work with credit applications Ability to present financial information effectively
IT Skills
Experience	This role requires at least 5 years experience working in a senior credit management role and/or training experience in the same.
