MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional intellectual capabilities and cognitive ability
• Minimum of Form 6
• Previous Military, Police Service, Operations or security industry experience preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Advanced computer skills
• Strong administrative abilities
• Able to work under pressure
• Good Planning and Organising Skills
• Strong leadership Skills
• Self-motivated and high energy levels
• Good strategic capabilities
• Team Player
• Good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Excellent people skills – including Industrial Relations
