Our Company’s Head office in Dubai is seeking to welcome a Senior Sales Manager to support the growth and development of our global projects and to manage our international sales in South and East Africa. We are a leader in manufacturing and supplying core relief items in the humanitarian aid sector.
Your responsibilities in the role:
Manage sales and logistics of our company’s products within South and East Africa. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management. Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Core Functions: Collaborate with the management team in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company. Manage the assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. Establish and manage effective business relationships with our global clients. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products. Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. Implement all sales policies, practices and procedures.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses. Follow daily potential tenders. Develop innovative marketing campaigns targeted towards potential clients. Preparing tenders and coordinating with Head Office in Dubai.
Reporting: • Reports directly to the Sales Manager - Africa.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in administration, marketing of business studies is preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Sales Executive Experience in the Manufacturing sector and in the Humanitarian Aid Sector fluent in English.
