WWF International is seeking to recruit two Senior HR Professionals in the regions:
- Regional HR Partner Asia Pacific, to be located in either of the location below:
- Singapore, Singapore
- Hanoi, Vietnam
- Bangkok, Thailand
- Regional HR Partner Africa Madagascar, to be located in Nairobi, Kenya
The incumbents will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to WWF International’s Programme Offices (POs) in their region. They will work under the supervision of the Head of Resourcing & Field HR based in the Secretariat, implementing best-practice policies for talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, staff development, performance management and leadership development. They will work closely with Regional HR Directors/Managers, monitor HR standards in each office and ensure continuous flow of management data and information between offices and the Secretariat.
The ideal candidates will bring a MBA or a professional Human Resources qualification or equivalent tertiary education. They would have a minimum of 10 years' professional experience in Human Resources. Experience and exposure in dealing with Human Resources and Organization & Development issues in the respective region is key.
We are looking for someone with an excellent combination of being strategic as well as hands on. Someone with proven interpersonal, people management skills and strong ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization. They should be able to identify and provide solutions which benefit the organization as well as willing to travel extensively within the region and to the Secretariat in Gland, Switzerland.
