Accounts Receivable Manager I
The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the McDonald's accounts receivable team. The A/R manager will supervise a team of collectors with responsibility for managing the accounts receivable for the McDonald's portfolio, both corporate stores and franchisees. Responsible for providing leadership, performance management and client relations management to The McDonald's Division. Success will be defined by the team's ability to attain specific accounts receivable goals (i.e. percent of A/R current), as well as quality and cost performance standards.

Position Overview:
Manages and leads the stability evaluation team:
Ensure absence of unexpected stability issue on products developed by R&D Brussels.

Sr Accountant
This position reports through the Global Business Services North America financial services organization and will provide financial and accounting support to Corporate entities and international product locations including preparation of internal financial stewardship reports, account reconciliations, journal vouchers, cashflow statements, year-end forms and peer reconciliations. The individual will record accounting transactions for international product shipments including volume reconciliations. Also, this role will support Corporate Marketing in the collection and charge-out of products and services developed and managed by Corporate Marketing.
The Senior Accountant will participate as an active member of the North America RFC to help identify and solve problems and issues, fulfill requests for information, and ensure timely and accurate completion of critical work. Functional Competencies:
Basic Financial Analysis: The ability to analyze financial data (e.g. validity of data including balance sheet account balance, P&L variance, volume trends, return on investments). This includes creating spreadsheets, explaining variances, identifying issues, and making appropriate recommendations.
Basic Accounting Principles: Knowledge of basic accounting principles (e.g., debit and credit) around transactional processes (e.g. , accruals, derivatives, benefit plans, marketing programs).
Customer Focus: Making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer.
Financial Systems and Proesses: Ability to research financial systems and processes (e. g. journal vouchers, expense reports, vendor file) to resolve issues (e.g., missing expense checks, missing journal vouchers).
Control Environment: Ability to assess current controls to ensure that assets are safeguarded and that transactions are authorized, recorded, and reported. This may include designing and implementing cost-effective systems and procedures properly.
