This pivotal role relies on the Finance Business Partner forming strong partnerships with International Programs managers in order to shape financial strategy and reporting and improve outcomes for vulnerable people.

Reporting to the General Manager Business Services and indirectly to the Head of International Programs, the Finance Business Partner - International Programs will work between international programs staff and finance to ensure that projects are delivered on budget with the outcomes clearly demonstrated to all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with significant experience in finance or business administration of projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, being systems savvy, the ability to work collaboratively and high attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
