Provide monitoring and evaluation support to a number of different programs within the Migration Support Program department.
Reporting to the National Manager of Migration Support Programs (MSP), the key responsibilities of this role includes the establishment of a monitoring and evaluation framework; collection of qualitative and quantitative client data; identifying improvement opportunities and delivering training and coaching.
The successful candidate will need the following key skills and experience:
• experience in implementing, managing and coordinating a service based Quality Management system
• managing data collection and liaison with external evaluators
• experience in system review in the community sector
• demonstrated capacity to implement and deliver high quality systems in a highly pressure environment
• experience in evaluation, monitoring and research
• experience managing and leading a small team
• experience in delivering training
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• exposure to the multicultural sector
• relevant tertiary qualifications, skills and/or experience in Management or related fields.
