WWF International, the global conservation organisation is seeking to recruit a Manager Compensation & Benefit who will lead, monitor, adjust and develop an effective Total Reward strategy, policy and programs (compensation, benefits and recognition program) aligned on WWF culture and strategy to attract, motivate and retain top talent within WWF International and within Program Offices. He/She will plan and action development and implementation of Human Resources Information Systems to support HR functions for decision making, coordination, control in the organization and to help in streamlining and standardizing processes as appropriate across WWF International and Program Offices.
Location:
This position is based at WWF International in Gland (near Geneva), Switzerland.We are looking for:
Required Functional Skills- A professional Human Resources qualification or equivalent tertiary education; Certification in Rewards an asset;
- At least five years’ experience of working in either an HR generalist or a C&B role, dealing with both Swiss and international environments, with some experience with international mobility;
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law and Swiss benefits system;
- Experience working with HRIS systems;
- Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of French and other language skills an asset.
- Holder of CIPD or other managerial/professional qualification
- Knowledge of International Reward practices, job evaluation techniques
- Depth understanding of company strategy, operating environments and business objectives
- Knowledge of employee legislation and procedures across a multi-national and multi-jurisdictional environment

- Strong analytical skills with methodical approach;
