Assistant Medical Officer
Job purpose
The Assistant Medical Officer is responsible for provision of high quality integrated Reproductive Child Health Services and supervision of community demand creation in the outreach set up across Tanzania. The main focus of the post is to work independently in FP and VCT service delivery, ensuring the best clinical quality, and perform procedures in outreach set up in line with MSI Protocols. The Assistant Medical Officer reports directly to the Zonal Coordinator
Minimum requirements
Diploma in Clinical medicine
Registered with Medical Council of Tanganyika.
4 years' experience in clinical work internship inclusive
Desirable: Experience of outreach service delivers
Nurse Officer and Nurse Mid-wife
Job purpose
Plan and provide professional nursing care for patients at Clinic in
accordance with physician orders and established policies and
procedures to include collecting and analyzing patient data.
Key Responsibilities
To promote effective and efficient delivery of 'quality
Reproductive Health counseling and general health care services at the Centre;
Oversee administrative tasks while on duty
Provide counseling and care to VCT and FP clients;
Provide in reach and outreach services to clients;
Provide care to OPD clients and undertake inpatient client visits including labour wards to establish progress of their condition;
Provide Doctor with timely update on clients (inpatient if applicable) progress and' advise on nursing care as appropriate;

External Relations Officer
Job purpose
The External Relations Officer plays a support function role to the
ExternalsTeam and its other team members. This means that the post holder will be exposed to a broad range of functions and duties with opportunities to develop experience in many areas of external relations work. Core responsibilities include the effective design and maintenance of management and coordination tools; coordination support to the national sexual reproductive advocacy coalition and providing additional capacity in advising the External Relations Team on successful youth engagement strategies for both youth service delivery and advocacy activities.
The External Relations Officer reports to and works closely with the External Relations Lead who may also be assigned the post holder additional tasks as required of the team.
Key Responsibility
Supporting the External Relations lead and manage a new coalition of partner organisations advocating for improved access to sexual reproductive health including a focus on access for young people.
Designing and maintaining coordination tools including event calendars, contracts databases and stock counting and help to ensure that all teams participate in regular updating.
Supporting youth Mobilization officer to establish and support clubs for sexual and reproductive health care in universities and other learning and training institutions for young people across Tanzania.
Supporting the youth mobilization officer to ensure that new communication materials for young people are of high quality and attractive to young people.
Minimum requirements
Degree in Mass communication/ or related field;
3 years' experience of advocacy/policy-related work, preferably with a national or international non-governmental organization;
Knowledge of international and national policy on health, particularly Sexual Reproductive Health/Family Planning, a strong advantage; .
Knowledge of key policy-makers in the health sector an advantage;
Experience of organizing meetings and events;
Skills and experience in translation and interpretation from
Kiswahili to English and vice versa either written or spoken.

The Project Lead is a key member of the senior management team and is responsible for identifying and facilitating the development of donor funded grant opportunities/proposals.
He/she is also responsible for managing the compliance of all . donor funded grants implemented by MST Project Lead works closely with the project managers and the Health Services
Department to coordinate, monitor and facilitate the activities of all donor funded activities ensuring that the projects contribute towards the achievement of the MST Power of 10 Strategy. The
Project lead reports to the Director of Health Services and directly supervises the project managers. He/she represents MST externally as requested by Director of Health Services

The Human Resources Lead reports to and supports the Director of Human Resources & Administration in the development, refinement and implementation of human resources services.
Key Responsibility
Provide support to all team leaders in all aspects of recruitment for their team, including ensuring job frame works are in standardized format, advertising role interview arrangement and ensuring recruitment process complies with Marie Stopes Tanzania guidelines.
Work closely with heads of department to ensure all staff compensations & benefits are allocated accordingly as per Marie Stopes Tanzania policy and labor laws.
Work closely in collaboration with the Finance team to ensure all outstanding receivables are made prior to payment of final salary.
Provide technical support in maintaining proper staff records and statistics, both manual and in electronic form
