Key Responsibilities
• Execute on product roadmap, driving local deployments
• Create and maintain product feedback processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Create strong relationships with local stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities of revenue growth and lead any necessary implementation efforts
• Ability to strike strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships
• Support on local content creation
• Manage Marketing and PR activities through different channels such as Broadcasting, Local Media or Social Networks.
• Ensure regular reporting of your actions and results liaising with regional and global teams
• Ownership of Customer Relationship management and Customer Service processes assuring proper monitoring and outcome
• Be prepared to build and coordinate local team
• Represent EduMe, whenever necessary, at corporate, institutional, and government level
• Be prepared and able to exports successful concepts to new countries in the region

Position Requirements
• 3+ year work experience in Telecom, Management, Consulting or Entrepreneurial environments preferred
• MSc in Business Management or Engineering
• Fluent Kiswahili and English
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel
