Help to Self Help Projects (HSH) was initiated by the people of Tanzania and Denmark in 1993 as a direct response to the impact of economic hardships, urbanisation, globalisation and the growth of the diseases such as HIV/AIDS that have damaged the social fabric and resulted in an increase in the number of socially and economically marginalized women, youth andchildren.
Currently organization has two projects Ant-Female Genital Mutilation to the Maasai community and Vocational training college which offer education to disadvantage youth in Arusha, Manyara and Kilimanjaro regions.

Related Subject Teacher/Instructor
Must be a diploma or its equivalent holder in Education or social science from a reputable institution
Must have ability to teach the following subjects: Basic English language, Communication skills, Entrepreneurship and Life planning skills
Must be computer knowledgeable especially in basic computer knowledge
Must have a fluent oral and written English
Must have ability to work under pressure with less supervision
Must adhere to institution’s rules and regulation
