Capital Development Authority CAD a parastatal Organization under the prime minister whose main functions include:
Implementing the decision to transfer the Capital of Tanzania to Dodoma.
Prepare plans for the development of Dodoma as the Capital of Tanzania.
Carry out and effect necessary development so as render Dodoma suitable for the Capital of
Tanzania.
Wish to immediately fill the following vacant post

Land Officer II x 2

Qualifications and experience:
Holder of a Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma in Land Management and Valuation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist to process land applications prior to allocations
Assist to assess appropriate land dues
Assist to prepare letters of allocation and offers;
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor from time to time.

Salary: CDASS 7

Town Planner II 
Qualifications and experience: 
A holder of Bachelors Degree/Advanced Diploma in Town and Regional Planning, Urban Design or any other related field from a reputable University/Institution. 

Duties & Responsibilities: . 
Assist in development of methodologies for data collection on various aspects of Authority's 
operational programmes. 
Assist in designs and reviews of data collection instruments. 
Assist in the collection of necessary planning data; 
Assist in analysis and evaluation of information gathered. 
Assist in all Regional and physical planning work; 
To perform any other duties as may be assigned to him/her by the Immediate Supervisor from time to time. 

Salary Scale: CDASS 7 

Senior Land Officer II 

Qualifications and experience: 
Holder of a Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma in Land Management and Valuation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution, with at least six (6) years of relevant experience. 
Duties and Responsibilities 
To process land applications prior to allocations; 
To assess appropriate land dues 
To prepare letters of allocation and offers; 
To issue rent demand notices; 
To settle land disputes; 
To enforce lease conditions on lessees; 
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor from time to time. 

Salary: CDASS 9 

Senior Town Planner II - 1 post

Qualification and experience:
A holder of Bachelors Degree/Advanced Diploma in Town and Regional Planning, Urban Design or
any other related field from a reputable University/Institution, with at least six (6) years of relevant
experience. Must have been registered with the Town Planners Registration Board

Duties & Responsibilities

Undertake development of methodologies for data collection on various aspects of Authority's operational programmes.
Undertake designs and reviews of data collection instruments.
Undertake the collection of necessary planning data;
Undertake analysis and evaluation of information gathered.
Participate in all Regional and physical planning work;
To perform any other duties as may be assigned to him/her by the Immediate Supervisor from time to time.

Salary Scale: CDASS 9

GENERAL CONDITIONS
All applicants must be citizen of Tanzania and not above 45 years old
