Providing financial and commercial analytics support to the Africa Customer Operations division
Key Responsibilities
The role is responsible for providing analytics, KPIs monitoring and reporting support to the LATAM Customer Operations. The analyst should focus in the customer operations KPIs, and should consolidate the information from the countries, test the integrity of the data received, analysing the trends, question and recommend actions for resolution. This role will also perform Finance tasks related to the Customer Operations overseeing OPEX and CAPEX budget, forecasting, and variance. Ad hoc support shall include activity based costing, scenario analysis, business case analysis, and other ad-hoc projects, while ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. This position will support the annual business unit budget. Candidate will help develop, implement and maintain activity based KPIs models and tools to assess business performance, understand main drivers and forecast future trends. This position interacts daily with operations personnel in the different countries where the company operates and develops relationships to maximize results. Candidate periodically will also be responsible for delivering financial results, in a group setting, to business unit leaders and personnel.

Position Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• College degree or MBA in Business, Finance, or Economics with 2 years' experience preferred
• Ability to develop sophisticated computer-based models and to work with large data sets
• Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and be able to self-prioritize
• Should strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent in English. Fluent in French is highly preferred
