POSITION OBJECTIVE
To provide specialist advice based on the application of economic theory and knowledge; carry out economic analysis/appraisals of geothermal projects, conduct power market studies; undertake external business scanning, analysis forecasts of economic trends.evaluation and based on the implications of the findings make recommendations on the ways and strategies to improve company business and investments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participate in the development of TGOC's business strategy, action plans, and budget:

3. Provide economic and business solutions: and review existing and develop new geothermal business models based on forecast economic behavior and patterns for effective strategic business preparedness;

tariff modeling as well as business with Independent Power Producers .
(IPPs) and public stakeholders on steam and power purchase agreements;
6. Collect and monitor economic related data, including cost of equipment, construction
, fuel and labor for use in various power studies;
7. Compile data related to energy development generation, sales, trends to be used in
planning and forecasting the future of the geothermal industry;
8. Lead preparation of departmental budget process;
9. Preparation of Quarterly, Annual progress reports on funding made by the Government rural electrification;
10. To participate in the preparation of the Company Business plans and review of action plans versus set targets "pd assist in defining its mission and Objectives:
11. Lead the benchmarking of company performance with best performers in the industry to ensure the company excels at all times.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Undergraduate degree in Economics,
• Master's degree either in Economics and/or Business Administration related field is an added advantage.
• 1-2 years of professional working experience.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
To assist Manager Planning & Projects with formulation and spearheading implementation, reviews, monitoring and evaluation of TGDC's development programs, plans and projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate in the development of TGDC's business strategic action plans, and budget;
2. Participate in the preparation of the Company Business plans and review of action plans versus set targets;
3. Participate in strategizing and mobilization of financial resources to meet TGDC's development programs and projects;
4. To assist in identification of new projects and growth opportunities that enhance and promote TGDC's Mission and Vision Statements;
5. Participate in project identification, planning, packaging, and monitoring of performance;
6. Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system;
7. Progress monitoring of specific projects on it regular basis and anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks scheduling conflicts;
8. Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management apprised of the project progress on a regular basis;
9. Ensure that project control documents such as resources histogram, schedules. reporting systems, material controls systems, etc. are in place to ensure that project implementation and procurement interfaces are property addressed and:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical, electrical, civil engineering or any other
relevant field.
• MBA I project management/engineering management is added advantage

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Ensure successful execution of plans, costs. and schedules and oversees of mechanical, electrical and geothermal drilling operations for TGDC. Responsible for supervising drilling and service contracts; electrical mechanical engineering design and budget control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collect data, carrying out engineering analysis on site and recommending necessary actions;
2. Manage projects using engineering principles and techniques;
3. Keep track of current daily costs, comparing actual costs with expenditure proposals and recommending cost-effective changes;
4. Involve administering drilling and service contracts, electrical mechanical engineering, design and the planning, of wells;
5. Produce details of specifications and outline designs for drilling contractors;
6. Ensure successful execution of plans, costs, schedules and supervision of drilling operations;
7. Supervise the drilling crew on site and duties pertaining to drilling activities;
8. Monitor drilling progress, oversee safety management and ensure the protection of the environment;
9. Working with multidisciplinary professionals evaluate the commercial viability of the well and monitor progress during drilling; to
10. Effectively monitor and ensure cost effective drilling operations as well as strict adherence to drilling ramp-up and drilling schedules; and
11. Obtaining relevant data, carrying out engineering analysis on site and recommending necessary actions and writing up reports.

• Bachelor's Degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Responsible for undertaking Sociological work in the company projects and operations to comply with existing legislation as well as to improve the company's public Image.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participates in environmental impact assessment studies, in particular social impact assessment and social economic baseline studies;
2. Liaises with consultants for valuation of properties and resettlement plans;
3. In consultation with land surveyors and environmental engineers. be responsible for addressing pre- and post- compensation complaints;
4. Coordinate implementation of Resettlement Action Plan (RAP),
5. Coordinate social economic management and monitoring after resettlement;
6. Review when needed all company projects documents associated with social issues:
