Job Description
The job role of this position is to manage a Team to obtain business opportunity through outbound / inbound marketing campaigns.
- Monitor the daily performance of bank Representatives/Officers to meet daily target
- Lead a Team to deliver consistent and superior services standard
- Manage day-to-day planning and operation as to achieve the business, services and customer retention targets
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Telesales Representatives and Team Members
- Comply with sales governance internal and external requirements
- Polish and enhance staff’s services skills by coaching, call sharing morning hurdle, and staff briefing
- Ensure Team members to apply “Need Base Conversation” during conducting inbound/outbound call.
- Drive and motivate the bank Representatives/Officers to cross-sell bank products
- Conduct regular performance review with Team members
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operation activities of Bank Team in delivery their job responsibilities
- Monitor team member’s performance through live call monitoring, real time review, floor management and performance reports.
- Comply with the Bank’s policy on dealing with customers, e.g. AML/CDD, TCF, Miss-selling and etc.
- Plan and monitor work schedules to meet business objectives and service standard
- Boost up team morale by promotion of staff incentive schemes / recognition programs
- Provide coaching, mentoring, feedback, and on-the-job training to team members, where required
- Conduct staff performance review with bank Representatives/Officers and come up an agreed target and improvement if required
- Advise staff’s training and development needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree holder sales and marketing
- Solid experience in call centre management
- Good people and sales management skills
- Good command in both oral and written English
