provide administrative support to FINCA Tanzania HR programs, liaising
with internal/external stakeholders and assisting with the logistics of
course delivery/ordering HR stationeries, undertaking HR functions and
processing (including data entry) and providing advice and client
support Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence
and other records.

KEY RESULT AREAS / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Composes and types routine correspondence and letters
- Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mails/Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
- Able to read and interpret documents and draft letters in English
- Deals with Heath insurance application
- Help in internal and external Staff loan process
- Help on boarding of staff i.e. Filling of all HR forms during entry for new staff, identification provision
- Assist in drafting of disciplinary notifications/prepare the DH panel and informing the panel
- Assist on staff counseling , proactive conflict resolution, acts as mediator or arbitrator
- Communicate all HR admin concepts clearly to customers/colleagues
- Handling NSSF documentation for FINCA Tanzania staff
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Diploma/degree in business/IT/Social Science/Records from a recognized College/University
- One years experience in a similar role
- Experience in a HR environment with a strong customer service focus
- Exceptional communication and administration skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and high level communication and client skills
- Experience in overall office administration (minute taking, organizing training courses)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrate sound understanding of all employee relations aspects
