To operate the Network Switching Subsystem securing 99.999% availability and performing support activities (routine maintenance, level 2 maintenance). To implement the network changes initiated by the Planning function issued through Work Orders. To perform acceptance tests and integration activities in case of new node/feature.

To perform all routine activities of the system according to vendor's specifications and MIC requirements (incl. SOX). Routine maintenance checks

4. Level 2 support
To perform detailed investigation/analysis in case of escalation of trouble tickets that cannot be resolved by the level 1 maintenance.
To escalate and to trigger vendor support (SSA) if necessary. Level 2 issues resolved.

5. O&M resources for NSS operations
To secure spare, training, tools (level 2) and organization for NSS operations. Training plan and certified engineers

Strong Background in GSM Network particularly Core NSS expertise, extremely technical and be able to troubleshoot up to tier one

- GENERIC: analytical skills, basic management skills, good written and verbal communications,
- JOB SPECIFIC: enforcement of high level of discipline. Work under high pressure. Core NSS expertise ideal.
