We are looking to recruit two positions to be based in Hargesia, Punltand and Nairobi Offices.
Area Representative
Somaliland – Somalia/Somaliland Programme
The Area Representative has overall responsibility for development, management and delivery of quality programmes in Somaliland.
S/he will work through Field Managers based in Hargeisa and Burao to ensure all aspects of programming are coordinated resulting in efficiency, high team morale and cost effectiveness.
Logistics Manager
South and Central Somalia - Somalia Country Office
The Logistics Manager has responsibility for the co-ordination and support of logistics activities for the South and Central Area operations of Somalia programme.
Area Representative
Puntland – Somalia/Somaliland Programme
The Area Representative has overall responsibility for development, management and delivery of quality programmes in Puntland.
S/he will work through Field Managers based in Bosaso and Garowe to ensure all aspects of programming are coordinated resulting in efficiency, high team morale and cost effectiveness.
Child Safeguaring Policy:
Any employee, consultant, contractor or the supplier undertaking an activity on behalf of SCI must sign the Child Safeguarding – Declaration of Acceptance Form and comply with the SCI’s Child Safeguarding Policy which is a statement of SCI’s commitment to preventing abuse and protecting children with whom it comes into contact.
This extends not only to children with whom SCI and its partners work directly, but also includes children whom staff are responsible for. Save the Children’s Code of Conduct sets out the standards which all staff members must adhere to.
