KEY OUPUTS:
* Develop/secure new business opportunities within the assigned area
* Manage development of area accounts.
* Support Contract Distributor (CD) Customer Representatives in growing accounts by selling new distribution programs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Achieve volume plan & new outlet plans.
* Follow up on Potential new accounts identified by CD sales team and Territory Development Managers (TDMs).
* Sell all authorized products, packages, presence (equipment), and promotions to new and existing accounts.
* Coordinate execution and equipment deliveries for new assigned accounts
* Obtain best selling position in all accounts.
* Ensure pricing guidelines and merchandising standards are fully executed.
* Complete all customer wiring contacts at the appropriate frequency.
* Keep accurate records and perform all administrative responsibilities.
* Record accurate measures of CD performance.
* Participate in problem solving meetings.
* Perform Customer Development Agreement (CDA) compliance audits and price, surveys
Requirement:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or any other related field.
* One year’s working experience preferably in a FMCG industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Well organised, self driven and dedicated. A high degree of integrity.
* Persuasive and assertive
* The desired person should be below 25 years of age and ready to work in any part of the country.
