LECTURERS GRADE 12 Requirements Applicants must have a PhD in the relevant area from a recognized University or have successfully defended PhD thesis. Holders of Master’s degree will also be considered on condition that they meet the following requirements: Must have · Registered for PhD degree and shown satisfactory progress (Completed at least 50% of the core chapters approved by the supervisors). Presented at least three (3) seminar papers or two publications in refereed journals or a university level book by reputable publisher. Must have full time university teaching experience as Tutorial Fellow or Assistant Lecturer for at least three (3) years.
