Front Office Executive

  • Administration of the reception function and other related areas
  • Providing administrative support to Staff and Senior Management during meetings
  • Attending to phone calls into and outside the firmin a courteous and polite manner
  • Ensuring that delivered mail or dispatches are promptly recorded and distributed internally
  • Assisting in the organization of conferences and events especially in handling logistics
  • Receiving visitors /clients and direct them accordingly
  • Preparing Courier Analysis e.g. DHL. EMS
  • Making bookings : flight booking and hotel booking
  • Making arrangement for tea/coffee
  • Making sure newspapers are arriving
  • Managing taxi vouchers, make sure they are signed and preparing analysis for payment
  • Scanning documents

The successful candidate will be required to have the following demonstrable skills and competencies

  • A good diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or any other relevant social sciences
  • 2-3 years of experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • The ideal candidate must also posses intergrity,commitment to client services and discretion.
