Job Summary

The Quality Improvement (QI) Manager works under the leadership of the Associate Director Strategic Information and Evaluation to ensure the EGPAF technical staff at central and field level (including sub-grantees) are fully supported, coordinated and capacitated to implement high quality QI initiatives at field (site) level. The QI Manager will also ensure that QI initiatives are properly monitored and reported on, conducting data reviews, analyses and dissemination (documentation) of QI best practices. The QI Manager will collaborate closely with EGPAF SIE and technical staff in cross-cutting SIE functions and projects. The ideal candidate for this position is a person having strong communication and project management skills as well as program implementation, presentation and motivational skills in order to ensure that QI remains a dominant theme in EGPAF technical assistance, and continues to strengthen EGPAF-supported program results.

Job Summary

The Associate Project Manager has the main responsibility of promoting Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation’s country strategic plan and provides specific programmatic direction to facilitate the work of EGPAF in respective region(s). The APM supports the senior project manager to oversee the implementation of activities in respective regions and supports project management with a focus on leadership and management, supervision of council project coordinators’ program activities. He/she has representation of the organization at regional level as well as capacity building and transition of the supported project(s) to local authorities. The APM ensures that the program delivers the designed objectives and intended impact is realized.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Project Finance & Operations Manager, the Project Financial Analyst coordinates a variety of financial analysis and planning functions in the Tanzania office including agreement budgeting and generating a variety of project financial reports.

The Financial Analyst must collaborate with a variety of other staff to be successful

Including Finance Director, Accounting staff, Awards & Compliance staff, Program staff

and the Financial & Accounting unit at headquarters in Washington, DC .

Job title: Project Logistics Coordinator

Primary manager: Procurement and Logistics Manager

Location: Dar es Salaam (local candidates strongly preferred)

Job Summary

The Project Logistics Coordinator will provide management and coordination of goods and services to CHSD Project. S/he will be responsible for accurate planning, coordination, tracking, implementation, and effective management of all commodities, supplies and project assets necessary for the project. . The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating specialized handling, distribution, monitoring, and reporting of logistics data. S/he will ensure effective systems are put in place to track inventory from the point of procurement, receiving (i.e. Procurement Team and/or Regional/District Health Facilities), dispatch, and distribution level. S/he will also ensure that the inventory movement and details are tracked up to the disposal level. Tracking will be done in conjunction with the EGPAF Country electronic procurement system and Electronic Inventory Management System. The incumbent will work with P&L and the project program teams’ team at large to ensure timely distribution of commodities and other supplies to all EGPAF regions of operations. S/he will also be responsible for the preparation and submission of various standard commodity tracking and inventory reports.
